The New York Post reported that the DOJ and FTC are now talking over who will begin an antitrust inquiry into whether Apple’s new iPhone developer agreement requiring to use only its approved coding languages kills competition.

反トラスト法執行機関の米司法省(DoJ)と連邦取引委員会(FTC)が今、どちらがアップルの調査開始を担当するか話し合ってる最中だと、NYポストが情報筋の話として伝えた。アップルは先月 iPhone デベロッパ規約を変更し、iPhone や iPad のアプリはアップルが推奨する開発言語オンリーと定めたが、、、

・・・ というわけで、Google News を ” FTC Apple ” でググった結果は、以下のとおりでした。 このところ、お仕事で MonoTouch の翻訳に勤しんでいた Agile_Cat ですが、こんなにデベロッパーを縛ってしまって、大丈夫なのだろうかと思っていた矢先のことでした。

一昨日の 「 Jobs の Adobe 批判って、自爆してません? 」 、昨日の 「 歓迎すべきことに、Apple は制空権を失いつつある 」 に続いて、3日 連続の Apple ネタとなってしまいましたが、これほど当局が迅速に動き出すとは、、、  まぁ、ちょっと ヤリ過ぎましたね Jobs さん、という感じです。 ーーー A.C.
